Computers and Laptops

Desktop PCs and Laptops can be supplied to order from all major manufacturers including Samsung, HP, Apple, and Lenovo.

Any systems supplied can be delivered to home or business and set up with your email account, printer, and data transferred from an old system. We will also help with the transition to the new Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 operating systems, or systems can be supplied with Windows 7 if required. We can also help with a complete change to the OS X Apple computer system.

If you've already bought a new computer and need help setting up the system, we can do it all for you. We will set up your PC, Laptop, Apple Mac, or even iPad, connect it to the internet, set up email, connect hardware such as printers, web cameras, and backup devices, and install the software for printers, iTunes, and Microsoft Office (you need software licenses as appropriate).

When required, we will install all the latest Windows or Apple software updates and remove any unwanted pre-installed factory trial and offer software.

We can transfer all your documents, pictures, email, and most types of files directly from your old system to the new one, even if you are changing from Microsoft Windows to Apple Mac. If your old computer is no longer working, we may still be able to recover the files and folders and transfer them to a new system.

Collection

We will pick up, repair, and return your computer or other equipment.

Home Visits

We can visit you at home to carry out the repair onsite where possible or advise you on the action required.

Drop Off

You can drop your computer at our workshop in Bridgnorth where we will assess and carry out repairs.

All bespoke computer systems include hardware warranty for 12 months and can be extended to 36 months. Only high-quality components are used, and systems are fully burn tested in our workshop before delivery.

All systems are fully updated with the latest service packs and security updates. We can supply and install any additional software you require, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Music and Video production software.

Bespoke doesn't mean expensive; we only use the latest technology and high-quality components. Generally, a built-to-order system is cheaper than upgrading an off-the-shelf system, and we give you exactly what you need to fit the application.
